Refund policy

According to the UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law No. 15 of 2020 (as amended), custom-made goods or services cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where defects are found or the product does not match the agreed specifications.

In case of cancellation before the start of work, the Client loses the right to a refund of the advance payment
